The only salon I go to because of the talented Whitney Peterson. She has been the first stylist that listens to what I... want and always does an amazing job. I've mentioned ideas to stylists in the past and they end up talking me out of it. I've been going to Whitney for years now and we have transitioned from different colors and styles seamlessly and I have loved them all. She helped me match the perfect extensions for my wedding and gives great recommendations for styling and care. I will forever recommend Whitney to my friends and family!read more

Megan is magical! I’m really grateful I found her when I did! I had dark brown hair and wanted to go Kirby pink edgy... modern bob (while maintaining the health of my hair). She is a creative scientist with her cut and colors and makes everything unique for the client. She is fun, quirky, and upbeat and really makes you feel comfortable! I went to this salon because I was really impressed with their storefront and looked on their insta for... reviews/pictures! They really live up to the standards for great service. I happened to be worked on my Megan as my stylist but I will only go back for her! She is super personable and professional and really made me feel wonderful. She takes the time to make sure everything is exactly as I wanted. She even has champagne chilled and waiting for me now!read more

I visited for the first time today. I don't color my hair, just came in for a haircut. Lay did a fantastic job! I... didn't know exactly what I wanted (it's been a while since my last haircut- I just wanted something that looks good on me) and Lay did a great job interpreting my needs. Came home and my husband did a double take when he saw me. Highly recommend.read more

Don’t walk, RUN to Katie! It’s no surprise that her schedule books up so fast because she is such a talented hair... stylist & color wizard. I’ve tried countless hairstylist in the past, but she was the first one to notice things regarding my hair that no one had ever enlightened me on. Katie is the absolute best!!!! I recommend her to everyone asking for stylist recommendations. She has done balayage,... fun colors like purple and pink, and root touch and glaze to get me back to normal! She always makes sure we do the color so my hair stays healthy through all the changes and gives solid advice on if a cut I am thinking will work for my hair type and how it will look on me. Katie is so sweet and gets that kiddos make scheduling harder sometimes and will do everything she can to work with my schedule and get me in. She has even worked through her lunch just to make it happen! Can’t sing her praises enough!!!!read more

When I moved to Texas from Colorado, I had the hardest time finding a hair stylist that did quality work. I stumbled... into another salon and happened to be booked with Katie. She did such a phenomenal job on my hair that I followed her to Nikki Atelier, have now been a client for just over 2 years, and won't let anyone else touch my hair. Not only are her skills top-notch, but she's also fairly priced and has been accommodating to my every need. I’m obsessed with Katie! I’ve gone to several hairstylist in the past and my hair always tends to look great but then... turn “yellow”. But Katie changed everything! Not only is my hair healthier and thicker but it doesn’t have a yellow hue weeks after seeing her. It’s fresh and the color and detail is spot on. Wowwwwwww!!! Katie is literally the best stylist I’ve ever been to! I initially went to her for extensions but she... helped educate me on why my hair wasn’t growing. We wound up changing the way I colored my hair and I’m so thankful I found her before it got even worse! I will always go to her to do my color and extensions! This review isn't reflective of the salon but on my experience with Katie. I had been going to her for almost 3 years.... She used to get me in and out in under an hour for a root touch up/glaze. My last appointment took me 3 hours because she booked me with another person. This happened a few times before as well. She then claimed to have no appointments available around the next time I needed to come in. It's obvious to me she is more concerned with her clients who get more done than a root touchup/glaze aka: those who spend more money. So just beware if you're looking for a new stylist and you like to stay with one for a while.read more

Salons around Dallas may be plentiful.....BUT.....Service and QUALITY is not.Nikki, Lay and their TEAM are not only... EXPERTS in their respective specialties but they strive for excellence daily from themselves and thier team while making clients feel like FAMILY. If you do ANYWHERE se, you're doing yourself a disservice.read more
